Privacy Notice

Effective July 22, 2026. This notice applies to information used to verify access to protected Seville 12 resident content.

Information used

The verification service uses the unit number and approved mobile number or email address you submit, the corresponding authorized access record maintained for the association, and limited security information needed to prevent abuse and maintain a secure session.

How the information is used

Clarity ITC uses this information only to match an authorized resident record, deliver a requested one-time security code, protect the portal, and document the verification request. It is not used to enroll you in recurring or marketing communications.

Service providers and mobile information

Verification information is processed only by service providers needed to operate and secure the portal, including the one-time-code delivery provider. Clarity ITC does not sell, rent, or share mobile or email opt-in information or consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Your choices

You may choose text or email verification when the corresponding contact method is approved in the private access registry. To correct a unit or contact record, request assisted registration, or ask a privacy question, email S12board@clarity-itc.com.
